Vision CC provides software products including but not limited to HWID spoofers, gaming accounts, and related services. All products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

• Permanent licenses — valid for the lifetime of the product, subject to our discretion
• Temporary licenses — valid for the specified duration from time of purchase
• Accounts — delivered with credentials; warranty coverage as specified per product
• We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or update any product at any time

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our products for any illegal, unethical, or malicious purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Using our software to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or account
• Distributing our software without written permission from Vision CC
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our products
• Using our products to violate any game's terms of service or end-user license agreements
• Engaging in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with our services
• Reselling our products without an approved reseller account

Payment & Billing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. We accept cryptocurrency payments including BTC, ETH, LTC, SOL, and USDT.

Payments are processed securely. Vision CC is not responsible for any fees charged by payment processors or cryptocurrency networks.

• All sales are final upon successful payment processing
• Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and legal action
• Prices are subject to change without notice

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

• Digital products delivered immediately are non-refundable
• Failed deliveries due to technical issues on our end qualify for a replacement or store credit
• Refunds for duplicate charges require proof of both transactions
• Chargebacks without prior contact will result in permanent service bans

Privacy

• HWID / hardware identifiers — used solely for license activation and spoofing
• Email address — for order confirmation and support communication
• Payment transaction hashes — for order verification

Vision CC shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the use or inability to use our products. This includes but is not limited to:

• Account bans, suspensions, or terminations on any platform or game
• Data loss, hardware damage, or system instability
• Legal consequences resulting from the use of our software
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

The total liability of Vision CC shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
